Hello, currently I'm using Abby Finereader, but I'm not satisfied with the number of options it provides. I have a PDF, which consists of regular text, pictures and labels for them (in italics). I'd like to find a program, able to recognize and save only the regular text, deleting page numbers, some fancy side-comments and so on. Which one would you recommend?

Like all OCR's, there are times that it will pick up marks on the pages as characters, but it make life so much easier.
