Camtasia Studio is excellent and works for me on Win 7 64 bit and 32 bit.

http://camstudio.org/ is open source. Ahem I meant free.

Windows 7 is telling me that Camstudio isn't compatible. Hopefully Camstudio guys will fix this at some point, but it isn't currently a reliable option. – interstar Apr 3 '11 at 12:20
