Do you know of any good alternative for the firefox extension download them all. Because when I try to download the second time(after the first has been downloaded) in megaupload. There would be a temporary error, which is not really temporary. Because it will last until you clean the cache/history.

If you don't mind paying I would go with http://2leech.com/ its a perfect solution for this issue. The free solution is to use "Foxyproxy" or "TOR" to change your ip address. So that while your downloading one copy from one ip address you can download the second file. Other than paying for a premium account or spoofing your ip by way of a proxy. Megaupload-like sites are not intended for use with download managers: they do not support multiple thread downloading nor download resuming. So why use DownThemAll? Just download it with plain Firefox.

Like @whitequark said, megaupload-like sites are not intended to be used with "regular" download managers. So this is not really an alternative to DownloadThemAll ... but ... try JDownloader - it is an open source download manager, specifically intended for downloading off rapidshare, megaupload, and similar sites ... it has automatic captcha recognition, waiting time in between (if you don't have premium account) ... so, to put it short ... you fill it up with links in the evening, leave the computer on, go to sleep and have it all on your disc by the morning.
