I have two computers, one of which is a fresh install with SP3 and fully updated. However when you shift click a program, and it brings up "Run As" (a different user) you can click on it but nothing comes up. The secondary user task is running in the services. Any ideas?

Edit: Further information: is this apparently only doesn't work with Active directory controls. But it should?

Sorry I was not clear in my edit. I was adding information that the Active directory user and control administrator controls is the only program that is not able to use Run as. When you can do this on other computer (just not the two in question). – Scott Johnson Jan 29 '10 at 19:52
Sorry, I misread as well, I thought you solved your problem on the way, that's why I wrote that. – Gnoupi Feb 1 '10 at 9:15
