Possible Duplicate:
Is there a good iTunes replacement that works with the iPhone?

iTunes is slow on Windows, I'm looking for a good alternative that i can retain the contents on the iPod/iPhone. I have seen some that only work with the iPod, I specifically needed one that is compatable with the iPhone.

Plus, for some functionality you need iTunes installed (see my answer - superuser.com/questions/99988/…) – ChrisF Feb 1 '10 at 10:00
For those who don’t want to install iTunes, there is a hack: 1. Download the iTunes.exe file 2. Rename the .exe to .zip 3. Open up the zipped file and extract AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi and QuickTime.msi 4. Install these two files. You can then sync your iPhone with Media Monkey/CopyTransManager/WinAmp without iTunes. – Matt 'Trouble' Esse Feb 1 '10 at 11:17

You may find that article is outdated, I believe Apple added some encryption to prevent third party syncing with the iPhone, unless it's jailbroken.
