In OS X 10.5, when small sized icons were upscaled in the Finder, they were nicely blurred. In 10.6, this behaviour changed: upscaled icons are now awfully pixelated with rounding errors sticking out. How can the old behaviour be restored, or if it cannot, where can be such issues reported to Apple?
