Does anybody know free windows utils for MFT recovery of the NTFS Partition?

CHKDSK should be able to rebuild the MFT, provided the mirrored copy (elswhere on disk) is still intact.

If you have the Windows Recovery CD, you can boot off that and run CHKDSK.

There are also tools like TestDisk, or UBCD4WIN may help.
