On a windows machine, you should be able to record audio directly off the wav device. Try http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ . Should work fine. | |||

For anyone who may be reading this post. The first answer which recommends the use of Audacity available on sourceforge is incorrect. Audacity will only record what goes through the microphone on your magic jack handset, hence, you will not be able to hear the person you are talking to in your recordings, only yourself. It does not record what is heard through the ear piece, making it entirely useless for conducting telephone interviews. The second recommendation, for vEmotion, works but comes with a price tag. | |||
