Hi my computer is connected to the Internet through a DSL connection, with the computer connected to a router. My friend (in a far place within the city) has no Internet connection, but has a phone line and a dial-up modem. Is there a way for her to connect to me via phone line, through our dial-up modems, and allow her to share with my Internet connection? It's like my computer acting as her ISP.

I can't find Netmeeting in Windows 7 Professional, and Hyperterminal is not present as well. Thanks.

For all thr trouble its worth, let them pay $10-$20 a month for a dialup subscription instead, think of the time maintaining it, the cost of electricity, and most importantly, the whole responsibility thing, anything goes wrong with their PC in future it will probably be your fault.. – mattcodes Feb 11 '10 at 7:26
Hi, I am expecting these kind of comments, but it's more of a temporary solution or backup solution in case a member of the team can't connect to the Internet. It won't waste electricity, because we work at the same time. I think the 'hassle' is on my part, but my friend will just have to create a typical dial-up connection. I'm wondering if someone know a software that can answer modem connection and handle these connections. – Kenston Feb 11 '10 at 7:39
