Best file sharing service for smaller files?

I often need to provide download links for small (a few kb) files, for use on blogs and websites. Although general purpose services like Rapidshare work, they seem very bulky as you need to go through delays and several clicks to get to the file. I just want to give a download link.

Is there a website you would recommend that's more suitable for my purpose? I'm looking for something like Imgur, short and simple.

If you're linking from your own blog, why not host them there? If you're using a blogging system like WordPress or similar you can upload files while you're writing the post.
