Does anyone have any recommendations for a Silent Water Cooling kit for under 100 dollars? I really don't care about the performance, I doubt it would get worse then what I have :) Also, is foam silencer effective?

I read a couple of week ago an interesting review of ECO A.L.C. It is an entry level, really simple to mount, at a market price of 74.99$. It should be compatible with all recent Intel and AMD sockets, but check it and check also the dimensions to see if they are compatible with your mainboard/case also before buying.
