hi im having problems with my samsungi900. i just can not get certain keys to work like the power key, main menu key, volume key, camera key, the track pad. i would like to know if something is wrong with my software or i need to activate these keys. please help Joanna

A non activation would not cause these buttons to fail. It sounds more like a problem with the phones hardware.
I would take it back to the shop and explain the problem to them and ask them either to fix or replace the phone.
