What is the best mailing list system? Better if I can specify the domain with mine.

MailChimp is a good one, and web-based.

They offer a free account up to 500 subscribers/3000 emails per month.

You can use your own domain name. Have a read of their article on how emails appear to end-users though called Authenticating Your MailChimp Campaigns. It is up to you whether you enable or disable the "on behalf of" feature or not, but they recommend leaving it on to improve deliverability.
