What's the smallest, most singularly-purposed torrent client for Windows XP?

I just want to download files, not connect to a media network or install crapware or anything like that.

utorrent is primarily windows, but runs well on wine. and yeah, as far as gui torrent clients go, its a good mix of no BS, and being effective. +1 cause that's what i would have suggested ;p – Journeyman Geek Mar 5 '10 at 3:26
+1 for utorrent. – Xavierjazz Mar 5 '10 at 3:51
uTorrent for Windows, Transmission for everything else. – Josh K Mar 5 '10 at 4:10

uTorrent is the most popular and probably the best torrent client. For a full list of all available torrent clients and detailed comparisons (with tables), you should definitely check this Wikipedia page.

I would go with Bittornardo. Simply the best!

Good for Windows and Linux!
