I want to replace default Tahoma of Windows XP with the same font from the Windows 7.
The reason is Unicode symbols for the national alphabet I am using (Armenian) is awful in the WindowsXP's Tahoma but fine in the Windows7.
There is a custom WinForm applications written in C# which using national symbols from Tahoma on hundreds of screens and controls. It is looking good when running in Windows 7 and ugly in Win XP.
However Windows XP does not allow to replace the font. It says that font must be uninstalled before installing new one with the same name, and of course does not allow uninstalling default font.
How the replacement can be done? Please advice!
