Ubuntu bash command

Question

List in long form files in the directory /etc for the file "ETCDIR" and view them, while the monitor sequential manner.

How can I do this with the commands tee and more?

Your question doesn't make sense, but I think this is what you want

ls -l /etc | tee ETCDIR
