I would like to know if there is a good web-based backup solution exists? It would be also nice, if it can support your mobile phone as well.

i can't imagine a backup solution that is web-based/cloud-based without being a web service. as web services are offtopic here, closing this question. – quack quixote May 1 '10 at 21:47
