If you are looking mostly for time data about it, ManicTime can work for you.

It will log all program activity, and time spent on them, and will also log which websites you visited, and how long, if you are using a browser.

This won't provide you with a common "link list", since it won't be presented as a "clickable" list, but it can give you time data about them.

If you're only interested in which websites, rather than what on them, you could look at something like caching all your DNS requests.
