Many of us have mulitple email accounts, something like one Gmail account, one Yahoo account, one Hotmail account, one anti-spam account, and then a separate work related or company provided account.
How do you manage these accounts?

I retrieve all my accounts into Gmail using the built in POP3 access. I then use the label system to filter them. Josh

Many email providers will allow you extra protocols like IMAP and POP3. If they do, I generally setup my account through a local desktop application like Thunderbird. This allows me to have access to all of my accounts, all at once.

I use GMail as my one-stop shop. I have GMail retrieve all my mail from any other account, and then I will use GMail to either go from there, or go one step further and forward everything from GMail out to my Exchange box (which does Push to my iPhone).

I used to have multiple accounts, however also use MobileMe. I recently decided to only use my MobileMe account and all my external address redirect all mail to this account. I then use IMAP to connect from my Mac, iPhone and Windows. Subscription I want to keep gets updated to my new e-mail and others get removed. I am hoping to get rid of all the others by next year.

I use Thunderbird with Virtual Identity addon. Thunderbird makes it easy to manage multiple email accounts and Virtual Identity makes it even more powerful in this respect.

I use GMail, and MailNull. I just have my MailNull emails redirected to my GMail account. MailNull is for throw away email addresses.
