I want to record voice using the built-in Microphone of my laptop, the OS is Windows 7. The built-in recorder of Windows could only record into wav format, and I want to record in mp3 or other compact format for a long time -- around 10 hours. Record only voice is fine.

Any recommendations? Better free software and easy to use.

I personally recommend Audacity allows you to record in multiple formats and has easy editing functions as well. Oh and it is free.
