I bought a Canon MF3200 and used it on an old Windows laptop. The laptop broke, and now I'm trying to setup the printer on a laptop with Windows 7.

I downloaded the new driver, and Windows was able to install it and mark it "Ready to Go." But whenever I try to print, an error comes up and it doesn't print.

I tried to troubleshoot, to no avail.

What else can I do? Any ideas on what the error might be?

This is a programming Q&A site. But also on Superuser.com, the right forum for these kinds of questions, you will have to provide more detailed info, for example what kind of error message you are getting. – Pekka Jun 6 '10 at 19:49
