I can't download any torrents, and the µTorrent bandwidth test gives this error: “No such host is known (1101)”

Question

When I run the bandwidth test,I get the lookup error: No such host is known (1101)

Please help me . I am unable to download anything.

No other torrent software is working either!

If you're using a firewall you will need to ensure there are rules for uTorrent that allow both inbound and outbound traffic. See this thread for some possible configurations:

You may need to configure your router to forward these ports to the computer.
See this guide: P2P Router And Firewall Port Forwarding.

You might also need to change the configured ports from their defaults.
Some ISPs block well-known P2P ports.
