I am using two monitors( one from laptop and the other one). In dual monitor mode when I minimize the windows, sometimes they do not show in task bar and just disappear. so I have to use ALT+TAB to move between them. why it happens?

I hale also tried UltraMon, ActualMulltiple monitors and DualMon...or some names like this if I remember correctly... none of them solved it and I do not think it is a problem that we have to install a third party tool to fix it at all. – BdotA Jun 8 '10 at 13:07
It happened to me when I was usign Visual Manufacturing over Citrix. Citrix opened the first Windows for Visual but all the others were hidden or not showing. I fixed it by installing it locally (Pain in the neck tho...) – r0ca Jun 8 '10 at 13:51
Citrix was fine for me, yesterday it was mostly happening to me on Visual Studio instances. but generally on any application.,.. even my VMWare was disappearing.. so annoying – BdotA Jun 8 '10 at 14:20
