I've done a google spreadsheet

I want to downdown the "code" sheet (see bottom left tab on spreadsheet) as "text", but when I do and open the resulting text file the code has extra quotation marks around text as below

"<h3><a href=""hello"">some text</a></h3>"

the problem seems to be how I'm entering the quotation marks?
