Where to download old version of safari for this iphone emulator?

I want to use this iphone emulator http://labs.blackbaud.com/NetCommunity/article?artid=662

It's not compatible with last version of safari. It says it requires v 531.x of webkit.

FileHippo usually keeps older versions of (Windows) programs around so you can grab the version you need.

In your case, check out the Safari section - they have Safari all the way back to the 3.0 Beta. You're looking for the "Old Versions" column on the right side of the page, or see the entire list on the History page.

According to the Wikipedia page, you'll be looking for either the 4.0.3 or 4.0.4 version of Safari.
