Something similar to Concept Draw under windows. Creating network, software, project architecture diagrams, flow charts, mind maps...

All this for Snow Leopard.

OmniGraffle should work for this. Excerpt:

There is Dia also for Snow Leopard.
Also at Stackoverflow, Diagram tool for Mac OS X -- refers Gliffy.
But, it does not appear to be free anymore (but you did not ask for freeware).

I'm guessing you need free or cheap software, or you'd be using the Mac version of Concept Draw?

OpenOffice / NeoOffice include a drawing tool.

Astah (formerly Jude) does run unofficially on OSX and has a free community edition.

It is based on Java/Eclipse, so getting it to run is fairly easy.

It is a good tool for UML, software and network architecture diagramming, but not as powerful as Visio or OmniGraffle.

Google Docs - Draw (docs.google.com) if you do not have any of these softwares.

Check evoluspencil at google code.
