Having more than one monitor is fun but... one needs some extra tools to make it comfortable and efficient setup.
Do you know any such for Windows?

DisplayFusion**. It's inexpensive, has full Windows 7 compatibility and a ton of multi-monitor features (taskbar, mouse shortcuts, hotkeys, titlebar buttons... etc). Not to mention the fact that it's less than 1/2 the price of UltraMon. :) (**I'm probably biased, because I'm the developer) |

Winsplit Revolution Adds hotkeys to move windows around as well as resize them into quadrants - fantastic. |

Try slimKEYS. The slimSIZE plug-in lets you configure hotkeys to move and resize windows as you wish, and the slimSMOKE plug-in allows you to dim out non-active windows so you can concentrate on the active window for longer periods, or quickly see which window has the focus when doing many task switches. |

Taskbar Shuffle. It provides the ability to drag and drop/rearrange program buttons on the taskbar. It has 32 and 64 bit versions and works with Ultramon. |

Autohotkey does everything I'd want it to. Swaps windows between monitors, easy window management regardless of monitor number, so on. |

+1 for Ultramon. The extending the taskbar feature is the killer feature for me, especially being able to tie the applications that are open on each monitor to the taskbar of that monitor. |
