I am looking to put together a web site and was wondering what the best open-source banner ad management software packages are? I don't want to re-invent the wheel so I'd like to use something that is already available and built. Of course I'd like to have the ability to sign-up advertisers, allow them to log in and check their click-through rates, and view their accounts. I'd also like to have some sort of dashboard capability so that I can invoice/charge advertisers for services. Any input is appreciated.

OpenX has a community edition and it's open source :)

Their site is a little muddled. It doesn't look like this is an open source product. Looks like this is a commercially licensed product. – GregH Jul 5 '10 at 20:10

OpenX is the most widely used app for advertisement management. If you are using joomla or drupal then you can find specific plugins. – zengr Jul 5 '10 at 20:16
