I am running Windows 7 installed using Boot Camp in a separate partition. That works fine. However, I would like to run it under Parallels 5. However, when Windows it will not load under Parallels 5. I am helpfully encouraged to configure Windows manually, but when I click on that button it essentially says "I give up." Then when I reboot to the Boot Camp partition I have to use the option that allows me to go to the last good configuration. If I use the copy of Windows that I installed through Parallels that is was not installed using the Boot Camp version it seems to work. Also, I want to uninstall the version I installed on the Mac partition but cannot figure out how to do it. Please ride to my rescue.

And what exact error message does it say? That includes any obscure hex numbers and error codes. – Hello71 Jul 11 '10 at 1:28
