Could anybody recommend some good client management/time tracking (inputting hours manually) and todo list apps. I only have one staff member. :) But I do need to handle invoicing and would like to not spend a lot of money on this.

I'm using Harvest at the time. It's $11 per month for a single user license. I can manually add hours per day/week or use a time desktop gadget (Vista/Windows 7)

I can create invoices per client with some basic templates. All in all it does what I need.

Harvest doesn't have TODO list (yet) You might want to look at BaseCamp perhaps. I have some experience with it, but for timetracking purposed I like Harvest better.

Harvest is great and they have a pretty good API as well. – easement Jan 7 '10 at 17:39

If you're running Windows and need personal time tracking assistance, Grindstone's going to be pretty tough to beat.

For a ToDo List, here's an excellent article on CodeProject, the support and feedback is ongoing and excellent too, plus its free.

Hope this helps, Best regards, Tom.
