yesterday I sent an e-mail. I got a message that it is delayed. I regret sending this mail.

This belongs on SuperUser if anywhere. (I wish I got a massage when I send emails...) – lc. Jul 22 '10 at 8:33

Yeah, it really sucks when your massage gets delayed. – Marcelo Cantos Jul 22 '10 at 8:35

Regrettable emails are all too common these days. Perhaps a massage will help you relax and not worry about it so much. – Marcelo Cantos Jul 22 '10 at 8:36

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. See the FAQ for guidance on how to improve it.

I recommend changing your identity or pretending someone else sent it.

Here, in Australia, there is a Journalist who got caught plagiarizing work (on his website) so he claimed someone hacked his website and they did it. Maybe tactic this could work for you.
