Let's say I have a list of URLs as follows:

http://creamteam.tv/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/10-Chinatown.mp3
http://mp3muffin.com/train/burbs.mp3
http://www.knoxroad.com/wp-content/music/May/01%20World%20Sick.mp3
http://indierockcafe.com/mp3s/2010/may/5-18/bandofhorses_factory1.mp3
http://www.strangefamousrecords.com/sfr-audio/_common/sagefrancis_slowman.mp3
http://dangerbirdrecords.com/public/theoneamradio/crediblethreats.mp3
http://www.beggarsgroupusa.com/mp3/HolyFuck_LatinAmerica.mp3
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4746099/05%20Choices%201.mp3
http://subpop-public.s3.amazonaws.com/assets/audio/6801.mp3
http://gvsbchris.com/01%20Sleep%20Paralysist.mp3

Now I'd like to automate the process of downloading all those MP3 files.

I just want to input this list of URLs, select a specific folder to store the files and voila... "Downloading"

Do you know of any software that can do this with the click of button?

Disclaimer: the MP3 listed above are free to download.

You can listen to those MP3 here: http://mediaplayer.yahoo.com/contplay/index.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.indierockcafe.com%2Ftop-ten-songs%2F

Check out DownThemAll, which is a Firefox extension which does exactly what you describe. You may have to save the list of URLs as a .html file and open it locally in Firefox to use DTA.

I've used DownThemAll long time ago. Haven't remembered about it. Good call... – Leniel Macaferi Jul 28 '10 at 2:50
Thanks kispiox... DTA can open a simple text file with all URLs. It's perfect. Check my answer: superuser.com/questions/168622/… – Leniel Macaferi Jul 29 '10 at 17:45

Free Download manager can do this, once installed select File>Import>Import list of downloads, or File>Import>Import list URL's from clipboard

Just out of curiosity; why is it that I answered the question first, yet my answer is at the bottom? Edit: Well, now it's not. Do the answer orders just randomly change until they have a vote amount above zero? – Ryan Jul 28 '10 at 2:46
If you reload the page you'll see that the position of answers changes... Answers with more up-votes are on top of course. – Leniel Macaferi Jul 28 '10 at 2:47
I was wondering... thanks. – Ryan Jul 28 '10 at 2:50

I just managed to get such piece of software and it works perfectly.

kispiox answer led me in the right direction.

I wrote a blog post with a walkthrough that shows how to get it working. Check it out...
