I frequently have a window that wants me to click on it. Some times I don't notice which one it is.

This causes my auto hide tool bar to not hide. I then have to play hide and seek with the window that is wanting attention. Some times it blinks and some times it does not. (It gets real fun/frustrating when it it does not blink.)

Is there a way to find that window and make it go to front? (I would also be fine with a programmatic info about this. If so I can just write a tool to pop it up.)

Any info? Ideas? Help?

I'm on XP. When a window is doing this, on my system, the window causing the problem is highlighted on the taskbar by being in a different colour.
