Are there vendors/systems builders out there that still make media centers based on windows 7 that are suitable for use in the living room (e.g. not a loud PC tower case, etc)? Several years ago, HP used to make some media center PCs, but it appears not anymore.

I'm looking to use this with digital cable, so a cablecard tuner is a must, but it looks like you can't even buy those ATI tuners anymore.

Are there any viable options in this arena?

Common as the question may be, the answer is not easy to find. To be clear, I don't really want to build one myself. I want to buy one. I want to pay someone a premium to have figured out all of the details being discussed in that forum. I am looking for the Tivo experience (buy one, plug it in, use it), but with Windows 7 Media Center. Maybe that isn't possible. – Erv Walter Aug 6 '10 at 15:27
