How to watch Youtube downloading only the audio stream?

There some awesome live versions of songs that I like that are on YouTube. How can I get the audio from the YouTube video and put it on my iPod. I've worked with some programs before but I was not happy with the quality of the audio.

It would be nice to hear about such websites or programs for both Windows (7) and Mac OS X.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I'll give it a try. If there is a better site to do this, please re-direct me :)

You could try Free YouTube to MP3 Converter 3.7.15.179

I found 2 websites that do this. I'm pleased with both. I haven't yet tried out a desktop program, but I'll keep looking. If anyone finds some, please post.
