Any good monitor with built-in TV tuner? First of all is this a good option to use a monitor with built in tuner? Basically I am looking for a second tv (32"). I also have a 19" monitor for my desktop. If this is a good option, can I replace my 19" and use the new one as monitor and as TV?

I've clarified your post, just not sure about the last sentence. Is this the way you intended it? – fretje Aug 3 '09 at 0:42

One option is to actually go the other way around. Buy a flat panel TV and just use it as a monitor. I am assuming that your video card has a DVI output and if it does you can hook it into the TV. Many TVs on the market today have a DVI port right on them that you can plug into. If that is not the case you can buy a DVI->HDMI adapter for about $15 (I would recommend one from Gefen). Then you can just use the tuner in the TV for your TV watching!
