Download "win32 static: A mingw32 static build of FFmpeg." from: http://ffmpeg.arrozcru.org/autobuilds/ Examples of arguments for splitting using the exes seem to be available here. http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=4236863&postcount=4 I'm going to assume that since you're asking about a Windows Command Line splitter that you will know what to do with that part of this. |
