You have not provided enough information to answer your question very precisely. There are literally hundreds or thousands of ways to configure postfix for different uses. You should start by reading the official "Postfix Basic Configuration" document (http://www.postfix.org/BASIC_CONFIGURATION_README.html) If that doesn't address your specific situation completely, look at the other documentation provided from the Postfix project (http://www.postfix.org/documentation.html).
