i had a problem with my NTFS resizing using gparted that made me use testdisk tools. (described here).
after i used testdisk to rewrite table partition and rebooting, system crashed.
now it goes to gnome failsafe by default and each time i enter user/pass it returns to login screen again.
what's the problem and what can i do to debug and repair it?
