Except paper and pen, are there any worthy software under Windows or Mac OS for sketching website easily, just to have an idea how it would like? Commercial or Freeware, doesn't matter.

I just bought a license for Balsalmiq Mockups and I love it. It's not a completely first class MacOS X citizen but it works very well; since it's done in Adobe AIR it works on Windows and OS X. Balsamiq Website

Yea just tried it, but not so good for sketching up websites, too few built in elements. Couldn't found how to draw custom elements. – Pablo Aug 28 '10 at 13:12
Can you describe what kinds of elements you are trying to mockup? I've used Mockups a lot in the past week or so and I might be able to help... – Avery Chan Aug 31 '10 at 8:55

First of all, it's actually free. Second of all, you did say "Commercial or Freeware, doesn't matter." – zildjohn01 Aug 28 '10 at 14:02
I also did say software, implies to stand alone and not web service. – Pablo Aug 28 '10 at 14:16
Software as a service is still software. On an unrelated note, Google Reader is also an excellent piece of software. – zildjohn01 Aug 28 '10 at 17:25
from what I wrote: software under Windows or Mac OS. Second of all, this site is about computer software, there is a stack exchange site webapps.stackexchange.com for web software(web services). – Pablo Aug 29 '10 at 0:50
