I have Windows 7 installed but the problem is that all the tooltips have no content Even if I hover the mouse over items, the text of menu item remains hidden.

I do not have any software installed and I have anti virus.

Does it do it in safe mode? How about in 'normal mode' when you have Fences (it appears you're using Fences anyway) and other 3rd 'eye candy' utilites turned off? – techie007 Aug 30 '10 at 20:12
