Is there any program that can change the wallpaper according to the current local weather condition?

Also, EarthDesk (the image doesn't do it justice) - not exactly the same as the above, but it gives a current cloud status over your place, and it does make it a beautiful desktop to watch.

There is an alpha test application of the HTC Sense Weather application that was ported to Windows. Do a web search - sorry, but the demo is on Youtube and that site is blocked by the sysadmins here.
