I would like to enable the feature of IE(if it has one) , a prompt for username and password , every time I tries to connect to internet (frankly out side of my network).

IE version is 6 or above

Please share ideas

You need to be more specific, is the external website under your control? What authentication does it use? – Rich Homolka Sep 21 '10 at 16:58
