dbPowerAmp Music Converter with the OGG decoder installed fixes this problem.

I already have dbPowerAmp v.13.4 with the OGG decoder and encoder installed (I have been able to convert some FLAC files to OGG with dbPowerAmp), but the tags still don't appear. Do you know how to troubleshoot this? – galacticninja Nov 25 '10 at 4:49
