Create a new virtual machine (link: http://www.ubuntugeek.com/how-to-create-new-virtual-machine-in-virtualbox.html) Once the machine is setup, click run. The "First Run Wizard" should appear and it will ask you to mount a disk. Add a new disk by pointing Virtualbox to the biolinux6 ISO you downloaded. Click OK or Next until it boots. Virtualbox should boot off the disk, allowing you to install biolinux6.

First of all, download Virtualbox and install it if it a windows based OS, or you will find Virtualbox in most of linux repos.

It is a long procedure so I will post in this link http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/virtualbox
