I would like to ask about this... i got 2 different apps separate app A and app B. I would like both of them is related to each other such as parent and child. App A is a parent and app B is a child. if user wan to download app B from the itunes, they must download app A first. how im gonna make checking on this...

You can't. As far as I know, all applications are sandboxed / independent of each other. You cannot set any sort of requirements / dependency on any other application. | |||
