from where download ActiveSync for windows-7 ?

i try to install ActiveSync 4.5 - but it dont fit.

can i get link for download ?

there's no need for ActiveSync anymore in Windows 7: it's replaced by Mobile Device Center

Starting with Vista ActiveSync is part of the OS it is called now "Mobile Device Center".
You don't need to install anything in order to sync with the OS.
