how do i embed a video in word 2007?

I want a video to keep running on a Word 2007 page. This document is not meant for printing. Its just a tutorial. Is there some add-on which will make the video run on the page like how it works on web pages ?

Go to the insert tab and click "object" under the "text" group, it will show a menu with a list select video clip. When you click the object it will show a custom menu, click the inset clip and then video for windows to select the video you want to embed.
