While attempting to install IIS on Windows 7 Professional, my computer halts in the "Please wait while Windows makes changes to features" stage, and I have to restart it. It doesn't happen when I try to install other Windows features.

I've tried installing IIS Express via the Web Platform Installer, and the same things happens. It starts to download and install some files, and than my computer hangs.

Has anyone encountered this?
