I have a two month old HP Pavillion Elite E9237c running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit that came with an HP OfficeJet Pro 8000 wireless printer. I cannot get the printer to work with this computer. I think maybe it's not compatible with 64bit windows. What do I need to get this printer working with my computer, or if it's not possible what should I be looking for in a multi-function printer that will work with this computer?

Just about anything you buy new should work fine, as 64bit Windows 7 is pretty common. It's mostly the older printers that don't have Windows 7 drivers available.

Moreover, the printer you listed in your question is documented as supporting 64bit windows, even 64bit XP (which is something of a rarity). Are you sure you have the right driver?
